I need to print and/or scan documents. How can I do that at the library?

Printing and scanning is available at all four branches of the Richmond Hill Public Library. In order to print or scan, you must purchase an RHPL Print card at one of our full service desks or from the vending machine on the 3rd floor of Central Library.

Cards cost $2.00 and include $1.00 worth of printing or scanning. Additional funds may be loaded on the card at any time by visiting one of the full service desks or through the 3rd Floor vending machine at Central Library.

Printing is $0.15 per page for black and white and $0.40 for colour. Scanning costs $0.05 per page. Scanning may be done to an email address or to a USB drive. In order to scan to email, you must have your email address added to your print card.

Print jobs may also be emailed to our printers. Jobs can be sent to rhplprintbw@gmail.com (black and white) or rhplprintcolour@gmail.com (colour). You must have your email address attached to your print card and it must match the email address you are sending your print job from. You will receive a confirmation email that it is available for release on one of our public printers.
